Thailand Visa Information

• Applicants must submit their Visa application forms at Indian Visa and Passport Application Centre, managed by IVS GLOBAL Pvt. Ltd.
• Applicants must only use Internet Explorer 8.0 or above version as Internet browser for downloading forms (3 pages).
• For viewing & printing application forms (2 pages) in PDF format, applicants must only use Adobe Acrobat 11 software.
• Visit the website http://www.indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/ to complete the form. All the information written must be genuine and correct to the best knowledge of the applicant.
• After completing the form, print the application form and attach it with all the required documents before submitting application at IVS Global Pvt Ltd.
• Any applicant providing false and wrong information will face rejection regarding his/her Visa application.
• If an applicant leaves some portion of the application form unfilled, his/her visa application might be rejected.
• There must be only two signatures of the applicant on the form: one below the photograph and another at the last page.
• The applicant must use 2 recent colored photographs (2 inches X 2 inches) with white background.  One photograph must be pasted in the right hand side top corner box & the second one must be stapled at the left hand side top corner box of the application form.
• Applicant must hold a passport with a validity of at least 6 months and minimum 2 blank pages.
• The address details of refugees in India and Thailand are to be provided in detail
• The applicant must also provide his/her Travel & Tour Itinerary and a copy of Hotel booking
• Non- Thai applicants must fill an extra Non Referral form.
• For all the applicants below the age of 15 years, there can be a right thumb print on the form below the photograph and the second page in place of the signature. The signature/thumb print of the minor must be counter signed by either of the parents.

Notes:

• The Embassy of India holds the right to approve or reject any visa application without giving any reason to the applicant.
• When the Visa form is accepted, it is not a guarantee that the applicant will be issued the Visa type that he requested for or he would get the Visa duration that he requested for.
• The applicant must not book a flight before he/she obtains the Visa.
• All the applicants who are holding officials and Diplomatic Passport must apply online and submit the forms at the Embassy.
• No handwritten applications are accepted by the Embassy.
• All foreign nationals must pay an additional reference charges fee of Baht 400/ for all types of Visas.
• All the Nationals of Mongolia, Bangladesh, Argentina, Jamaica, DPR Korea, Mauritius, Maldives, Uruguay, South Africa and Afghanistan are issued Gratis Visa.
• All the Nationals from Romania must pay an additional 1800 Baht for all types of Visas.
• All the Russian Nationals must pay an additional 1700 Baht for all type of visas.
